What currency are your prices in?
All of our prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).
Do you ship worldwide?
Not at the moment. International orders will be available soon.
When will I get my order?
Orders inside Lebanon typically arrive within 3 business days from the order date.
Most orders ship next business day after we receive your purchase (*business days exclude weekends and holidays).
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to make any changes to an order once it's been placed. Please confirm that product details and address information are correct prior to completing your order.
Zul is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. This includes but is not limited to the wrong apartment, wrong street address, street number, town etc. Please verify all information before completing your purchase. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that someone will be available to receive the package.
Please contact us ASAP to request an order cancellation (contact@shadesofzul.com) . We will do our best to honor any cancellation requests but please keep in mind that our warehouse works fast and once an order is in our system we may not be able to cancel an order.
